Instructions for Abstract Content
- Use generic names of drugs only.
- In original research the results have to be submitted with the abstract.
- Up to 2 references can be provided with abstract submission.

Please read the guidelines before submitting the Abstract.
- Conference Registration is Mandatory for any abstract submission.
- Only registered ISA members and registered PG students (ISA members) are allowed to submit the abstract for Verbal, Free Paper, Poster and Video presentation.
- Non ISA members cannot submit Abstract or Presentation in Competition category.
- Only the members of Gujarat state branch, ISA and PG Students from Colleges / Institutions of Gujarat State, are eligible for competition, for any presentation during conference.
- The abstract for the Verbal, Free Paper, Poster need to be brief – not more than 250 words.
- The first author will be the contact person for all the correspondence about the presentation.
- Only two submission as first author will be accepted.
- All abstracts are to be submitted in English only.
- Please mention the Category for which the author is competing for.
- All abstracts must be submitted via the conference website only. No Physical papers are accepted.
- The title should be short and concise, & must NOT be written in capital letters.
- The abstract should not contain broad statements like "The results will be discussed"
- You may use standard abbreviations; however mention unusual abbreviations in brackets after the full word, when it appears for the first time.
- Use numerals to indicate numbers, except when beginning the sentences.
- Case reports are generally not accepted unless they bring significant and novel biological information, they will be converted to poster presentations.
- All Submissions will be acknowledged by email. So, please provide your current working Email ID along with Mobile number.
- By submission of an Abstract, the author transfers copyright ownership to the organizing committee for publications. The Organizing committee reserves the right to reproduce the abstract/presentation made in conference in print or electronic media.
- Abstracts / papers previously published or presented at any national or international conference are not permitted.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to allocate a session time or change the presentation type.
- For all award presentations, the time allocated is 9 minutes, 7 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.
We encourage original research work. All abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of experts and then accepted as Verbal Presentations or free paper/poster presentations during ISACON GUJARAT 2026.

Guidelines for E-Poster session
- The slide should include the ISA logo, in addition to its institutional logo. No other logos may be included in the slides.
- The presentation should be limited to 5 min. Furthermore, 2 minutes are allocated for assessing and questioning by the judges.
- The time limit should be followed strictly.
Instructions for preparation of the E-poster
- Please submit your E-poster as a 1-page PPT file in landscape orientation for slide.
- File format: PPT (one page only).
- Slide dimension in inches: 16 width x 9 height (landscape orientation)
- Font size: 24 for text minimum and 40 for headings.
- Use Times Roman as the preferred font.
- PPT should be on a white background with black lettering.
- Structure the case report/series as Title, Introduction, Case Presentation, Discussion, Conclusion, References and Acknowledgements.
- Structure the research study as Title, Background, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References (Total – 1 slide only).
- Can use images, graphs, tables and charts.
- Lettering, including figure legends, labelling symbols & graphs, etc., should be large enough to be legible when viewed on a 50” screen. The ordinary typeface is NOT adequate.
- No audio/video allowed.
- Avoid animations/clip art.
- To be effective, your E-Poster should not be overly cluttered. It should be set out clearly and logically, with reading matter reduced to an essential minimum.
- Make sure that your illustrations are easy to understand; do not overload any chart or drawing with information.
