  • Participants are requested to review the schedule of workshops and focused learning
    sessions carefully before registration.
  • Rescheduling of workshops or focused learning sessions will not be possible later.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
  1. All cancellation requests must be made in the form of a written request and sent to the Conference Secretariat by E-mail.
  2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the conference and will be subject to the following conditions:
    • Before 31st May 2026: 90% of the registration fee will be refunded.
    • Before 31st July 2026: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded
    • 1st August – 31st August 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
    • From 1st September 2026 onwards: No refund will be possible.
  3. All refunds will be made after deduction of applicable taxes, administrative and transaction charges.
  4. Substitution of delegates may be allowed upon a written request before 15th September 2026, subject to approval by the Organizing Committee.
  5. In case of force majeure or unavoidable circumstances beyond control, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to revise the dates, program, or refund policy as deemed necessary.
